LOCATION/DIRECTIONS

The conference will be held in the McShain Lounge in McCarthy Hall on Georgetown’s campus. For directions on how to get to campus, please visit this site, which gives helpful information about a variety of transportation methods.

You can also find the above map here. For some orientation, the gates to campus at 37th and O Streets NW are located between numbers 59 and 60 on the map.

FOOD

We will be serving Whole Foods boxed lunches. Each comes a sandwich (there are five varieties: Arizona Grille, Roast Beef and Bleu, Muffelatta, Spring Garden, and Turkey Sesame), the chef’s pasta salad of the day, all natural potato chips, and a freshly baked cookie. Bottled water and soft drinks will also be provided.

HAPPY HOUR

A happy hour will follow the conference at Epicurean and Company on campus. Drink specials include $2.75 draft beers, $3.00 glasses of wine, and $3.25 rail drinks. We hope you can join us to relax and get to know more of your colleagues!
